Ratings
Ratings are how trust builds on TheBay24. They are earned one order at a time.
Who can rate
A buyer can rate a seller once per order, after the seller has marked the item as handed over.
What a rating contains
A score from one to five and an optional comment. Both are shown on the seller's profile.
What we do not allow
Sellers cannot rate their own sales, and ratings cannot be edited or bought.
