Terms of service
These terms apply to everyone who uses TheBay24.
The service
TheBay24 is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. Contracts for items are made between the buyer and the seller, not with TheBay24.
Accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using it.
Listings
Only list items you own and may sell. Describe them honestly. We may remove listings that break the law or these terms.
Payments
Payments via Tokenport are subject to Tokenport's terms. Direct crypto transfers and cash payments happen between the parties and cannot be reversed by TheBay24.
Bay balance
Your Bay Balance is held by Tokenport, a third-party payment operator. TheBay24 does not hold crypto and only records which part of those funds is yours. You do not need a Tokenport account for this. Withdrawals go from Tokenport to a wallet address you have saved.
Liability
TheBay24 is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the items sold on the platform or for disputes between users.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes on the platform.
